Restaurant Identità Golose Expo
The organization Identità Golose, since forever mouthpiece of the italian culinary excellence around the world, participates to Expo 2015 with a temporary restaurant which gathers the best firms of our cooking. In rotation, starred chef like Massimo Bottura, Davide Scabin, Davide Oldani, Moreno Cedroni will be standing at the stove.. Universal Selecta has been participating to the creation of the “greater restaurant in the world”, to quote Paolo Marchi (founder of Identità Golose), with some partition walls able to divide the different areas of the restaurant ensuring an acoustic comfort, needed to enjoy best the culinary experience.
